Privacy notice

NanyClub is a childcare placement service in Israel. This notice explains what we keep when you send a family request or a caregiver introduction, and when we later work on that request.

What you send us

For a family, we keep the name, an email or a phone number, the city or neighbourhood, the kind of care, how many caregivers are needed, the rhythm and dates, the languages, whether a parent will be present, the number of children and their approximate ages, allergies or other care notes, and anything else you write.

For a caregiver, we keep the name, an email or a phone number, the city, the services offered, the languages, the experience, the ages of children you are comfortable with, the availability, and anything else you write. A date of birth is kept only if you choose to give it. What you mark as something you can do is kept as what you told us. It is not treated as checked until someone from NanyClub has met you.

We also keep the language of the form, the time it was sent, and the fact that you agreed to this notice.

Why we keep it

We use it to read the request, reply to you, choose caregivers to present, arrange a meeting, and keep a record of what was agreed. We use a caregiver’s details to consider that person for families. Sending the form does not hire anyone, and it does not mean a caregiver will be presented.

We do not publish this information on the website, sell it, or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

NanyClub staff can see the records they need for this work.

A family sees only the caregivers we choose to present. A caregiver’s phone number and email are not included in that presentation unless we decide to share them for a specific introduction.

A caregiver who is asked about availability receives a short description of the need. The family’s phone number and email are not included.

Where it is stored

The records are stored in a hosted database, and the site runs on a hosted service. Those providers may keep the data outside Israel.

How long

We keep a request or an application while we are handling it, and for up to three years after the last contact, so that a later request from the same family or caregiver can be understood. We keep a placement file while the placement is active and for up to three years after it ends.

We delete or remove the name from a record sooner if you ask, unless we still need it for an open request, a dispute, or an accounting duty.

Children

A parent or guardian sends the information about the children. We ask only for what helps with the placement, usually an approximate age and anything a caregiver must know, such as an allergy. We do not build a separate account for a child.

Your requests

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to nanyclubisrael@gmail.com or call 054-8072153. We may ask you to confirm that the request is yours.

Changes

If this notice changes, the form will show the new text. A request already sent stays under the notice you accepted at the time.
