How it works

A process carried out by people.

You describe what you need. The team looks, presents a selection, and you keep the choice.

A young girl with paint on her face and arms looks up.

Why nothing is automatic

NanyClub does not connect a family on its own. A person chooses who is presented, and the family decides.

The five steps

The same path as the homepage, with what each step actually asks.

  1. 01

    You say what you need

The kind of care, the city, the children, the dates, and what matters to your family.

That is what the team uses to understand the need. Nothing is inferred for you.

  2. 02

    NanyClub looks

The team identifies suitable caregivers. Nothing is proposed on its own.

The search is done by a person. A profile does not arrive because a system selected it.

  3. 03

    We present people

You receive a selection, not a directory.

You see the people the team chose to show you, not every caregiver.

  4. 04

    You decide

The final choice always stays with the family.

Presenting someone is not placing them. The decision is yours.

  5. 05

    NanyClub stays

    The team accompanies the introduction.

After your choice, someone from NanyClub stays with the introduction.

Human judgment

The meeting comes before the presentation.

NanyClub was founded by Brouria Abitbol, a former nanny, in Tel Aviv, in 2013. The team meets every caregiver before hiring them.

That meeting is how the team chooses who can be presented. After that, the family keeps the last word.

Families

Describe a need, or offer your time.

Someone from NanyClub replies. The form asks for the kind of care, the city, the children and the dates.
